Welcome to the PIMAM application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). By downloading and using this Application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Purpose

These Terms aim to define the conditions under which the User can use the Application, which allows for managing tasks related to pets and answering tips/questions to learn more about animals.

2. Access to the Application

The Application is available for free on the Apple Store/Google play. Some features may require the creation of a user account.

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain features of the Application, the User must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

4. Use of the Application

The User agrees to use the Application lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to use the Application to:

• Share false, misleading, or defamatory information;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Distribute offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content;
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Managing Pets and Tasks

The Application allows the User to:

• Add and manage profiles of their pets;
• Schedule and track tasks related to pet care;
• Receive tips and answer questions to learn more about animals.

6. Subscription Plans

The Application offers subscription plans for Users who wish to add more than one pet and manage more than 10 tasks per month. The subscription options are:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual Subscription

Subscription plans provide access to enhanced features, including the ability to add multiple pets and unlimited task management. Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation without prior authorization is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of the use of the Application is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data.

9. Liability

The publisher of the Application strives to provide a quality service but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, interruptions, or any other technical issues affecting the Application. The User uses the Application at their own risk.

10. Modification of the Terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
